LBC Youth & Behaviour Support Services — website and service information
LBC Youth & Behaviour Support Services is operated by Leigh Black as an independent sole trader (ABN 64 702 424 153). We offer mobile youth mentoring, community participation support and practical guidance for families. We are an unregistered NDIS provider. Any proposed NDIS claim must match the support actually delivered, the participant's plan and the applicable support item.
A request is not a confirmed appointment. We review the proposed meeting place and travel time before offering or confirming a session. Our intended mobile area is approximately 50 km from Springton, South Australia; availability depends on the actual route and schedule. We agree the location, activities, supervision and any transport arrangements with the family before a session. Please do not assume transport in Leigh's vehicle is included.
Our published service price is $70 per delivered hour. The proposed bundles contain 3, 5 or 10 one-hour credits at $210, $350 or $700 respectively, subject to the written service agreement and booking terms given before purchase. A request does not use a credit or create a charge.
Cancellations and missed appointments
Please give at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment using a plan credit. We consider shorter-notice cancellations case by case. If you do not attend a confirmed credit session and do not notify us, one credit will normally be used for the reserved time, subject to applicable law and individual circumstances. The first meeting is free; please give at least two hours' notice if you need to cancel it. If LBC cancels a credit session, your credit remains available. We will explain any applicable refund or credit treatment in the written agreement before purchase, without limiting rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Our support is not an emergency service, a diagnosis or a substitute for medical or mental health care. If someone is in immediate danger, call 000. Families should continue to use treating professionals for clinical assessment and treatment.
We plan community activities with the participant and family and review relevant risks. We do not promise that every activity or location is suitable. Insurance coverage and transport arrangements must be checked for the specific activity before it is offered. Nothing on this website excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including Australian Consumer Law guarantees.
For questions about services, terms or a proposed appointment, contact lbcsupports@gmail.com or 0422 439 484. The written service agreement governs an accepted engagement, subject to applicable law.
